Time and Space - Building Heights with Underpass

Building Heights - the underpass is the left entrance or south with the Garage Entrance to the right near Front Street East.

A large public garden area is planned in the centre of the two terraced buildings, with approximately 16,000 sq.ft. of pathways, greened areas and seating. An amenity outdoor area will be available between the north towers with approximately 21,000 sq.ft. on the connecting rooftop. In addition, there will be 6,400 sq.ft. of outdoor amenities added during the second phase of the project above the 11th floor terraces at the southern edge of the buildings. The remainder of the roofs will be built as green roofs. Indoor amenity space will also be located on the 11th floor of the north towers, connecting to the podium's terraces.
