The building will be built in 2 phases: the first phase will include two 29 storey towers connected by a 10 storey podium on the north side of the property. In the second phase, interconnected 11-19 storey terraced mid-rise condominiums will be added on to the first 2 towers, the driveway for the building will go directly under the 2nd phase towers with a 4 storey underpass in the centre of the property, creating a modern and inviting entrance to your new home. Homes on the ground floor of 2nd phase will be accessible from the street level.

Time and Space - Building Heights with Underpass

A large public garden space is planned in the centre of the two terraced buildings, with approximately 16,000 sq.ft. of pathways, greened areas and seating. Amenity outdoor space will be available between north towers with approximately 21,000 sq.ft. of shared space. In addition, there will be amenity space added during the second phase of the project above the 11th floor terraces with 6,400 sq.ft. of amenity space at the southern edge of the buildings. The remainder of the roofs will be built as green roofs. Indoor amenity space will also be located on the 11th floor of the north towers, connecting to the podium roof's outdoor amenity space.

The parking entrance will be from the east side of the condos, just north of the underpass. The covered parking spaces are located in the podium of the north towers, extending upwards to the 10th floor. There will be also be 1 level of underground parking under each tower.

The condominium will be located at 177 Front Street East, just 3 blocks east of the St. Lawrence Market.
